At VapeStationUK, we are committed to providing fast, reliable, and efficient shipping for all our customers within the UK and Europe. Below is an overview of our shipping policy:

Shipping Locations

We offer shipping across the United Kingdom and to various European countries. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping (UK): We offer free standard shipping on all UK orders over £25.
  • Standard Shipping (UK): For orders under £25, a shipping fee of £2.99 will apply, unless a promotion or discount is available.

Next-Day Delivery (UK)

We aim to deliver all UK orders via next-day shipping. However, please be aware that next-day delivery depends on the courier service and unforeseen delays may occur. While we strive for timely delivery, next-day service is not guaranteed.

  • Order Cut-Off Time: Orders must be placed by 5:00 PM on a business day to qualify for next-day delivery. Orders placed after this time or on non-business days will be processed the next business day and delivered the following day.
  • Eligibility: Next-day delivery is only available for addresses within mainland UK. Certain postcodes, such as but not limited to BS98-99, BT34-35, BT44-46, BT53-55, BT60-61, BT68-71, BT74-82, and BT92-94, as well as island locations, may not qualify for next-day delivery. We recommend checking your postcode’s eligibility before placing an order.

International Shipping (Europe)

We also ship to various European countries and offer two delivery options:

  • Premier Delivery: Estimated delivery time of 5-7 business days. Charges are calculated based on the weight of the package and destination.
  • Standard Delivery: Estimated delivery time of 7-15 business days. Charges depend on package weight and destination.

Important Notes for International Orders:

  • Delays: While we collaborate with Royal Mail for efficient shipping, delays may occur due to Customs processing or the local courier service in the destination country. VapeStationUK cannot influence these delays.
  • Customs & Regulations: Customers are responsible for verifying their country’s import regulations prior to placing an order. VapeStationUK is not liable for any returns, delays, or confiscations due to local laws. Any costs incurred due to Customs issues will be the customer's responsibility.
  • Additional Charges: Any Customs duties, taxes, or handling fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

Courier Delays

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, any delays caused by the courier are beyond our control. VapeStationUK cannot be held liable for courier delays. In case of any delay, we recommend checking the tracking information provided by the courier.

Proof of Delivery

If proof of delivery is available through the courier's tracking system, VapeStationUK cannot be held liable for any claims regarding undelivered items. We encourage customers to monitor their tracking details and contact the courier directly if there are any issues with delivery.

High-Value Orders

For orders valued over £75, we recommend selecting a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. While we take every measure to ensure the safe delivery of all orders, we cannot guarantee the return of items that are lost or damaged in transit without tracking.
