Returns

At VapeStationUK, we offer a straightforward returns policy, allowing you to return your items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or replacement, provided the product is unused and unopened.

Conditions for Returns:

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in new and unused condition as it was received. All hardware must be in its original packaging, including any outer packaging (such as sleeves), as they often contain product serial numbers. We cannot accept returns of hardware without this packaging. Any free gifts or samples included with your order are yours to keep!

How to Return:

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@vapestationuk.co.uk, providing your order number and the reason for the return. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the items back.

Packaging:

Please ensure that the items are securely packed to avoid damage during return shipping. We suggest using materials like old newspapers, but please refrain from using unsuitable options, such as clothing. Proper packaging helps ensure your return is received in good condition.

Return Postage:

If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped), we will cover the cost of return postage. However, if the return is for any other reason, the customer will be responsible for the return postage. Delivery charges will only be refunded if the return is due to a mistake on our part.

Exceptions

Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons. These include:

  • Opened e-liquids
  • Tanks, atomisers, or pods that have been used, filled with liquid, or removed from sealed packaging
  • Vape kits that have been used or filled with liquid
  • Drip tips (mouthpieces)
  • Opened coils or pods

Additionally, perishable goods, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases cannot be returned. Non-returnable items also include gift cards, downloadable software, and certain health and personal care items.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved Refunds:

If your refund is approved, it will be processed promptly, and a credit will be issued to your original payment method (credit card, etc.). While we aim to process refunds on the same day we receive the return, please allow 2-5 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank’s processing time.

Partial Refunds:

In some cases, partial refunds may be issued, such as:

  • Items returned in less than original condition, damaged, or missing parts that were not our fault
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Sale items, which are non-refundable

Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange an item due to defects or damage, please contact us at info@vapestationuk.co.uk for further instructions. If you're looking to exchange for a different item, the quickest way is to place a new order for the desired product and return the original item for a refund.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days from our confirmation email, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company as it may take time for the refund to be posted.
  3. Contact your bank, as processing times can vary.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you. If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

The customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs, and shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. If the item is valued over £75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking.
